Sometimes you need to just stop and breathe.  It’s okay.  Stress is trying to take over, but you don’t have to give in.  Take short moments of quiet time – it’s okay to let stress be on it’s own – you don’t have to carry it with you all the time.   Take a walk – a nice run – go bowling – exercise – meditate – call Body Transitions (410-913-9105) and schedule a massage – smile – do something nice for someone – take care of yourself – let go of your control and allow God to be in control of your life!  Break up with Stress – you are better off without it!
