We have been experiencing some wintery mix for the last few weeks.  It’s been snowing most of the day.  It has caused a lot of us to stay at home. This is not a bad thing.  Actually, it’s a good time to rest and renew your mind.

Challenge #5

Take time to actually rest your body and clear your mind.  Don’t feel guilty about doing nothing.  Your body will appreciate this time of hibernation.  Use your time wisely and work on developing your plan to move you closer to your wellness goals.
