Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.  (Philippians 4:6)

Be patient with yourself.  Change takes time, but unless you do something change will never take place.  We must take our spiritual, physical and mental health seriously.  It’s okay to go slow and take your time when you are introduced to new things.

Don’t rush yourself, rebuilding takes some time.  The good thing about this rebuilding project is that you have control and can determine the path you wish to follow.  So, if some days you are not as effective as other days – don’t worry – continue to seek God and ask for guidance for everything and exercise your determination to accomplish your goals.

Challenge #11

Pray throughout the day.  Pray about everything, even down to the food you decide to eat, the words you decide to say, the thoughts you decide to thing, the responses you decide to give, the places you decide to go, the things you decide to do.  Ask God for patience, strength and the ability to accomplish the necessary things and not to worry about the unnecessary things.
