TeamWeeCan is gearing up to do this wonderful 5K again for 2015.

It’s time to get back outdoors.  Walk, jog, run, bike, swim, tennis, horseback riding are just some of the activities we will plan for this year.

It’s so refreshing to take the bike out for a nice ride.  Early morning runs are wonderful.  We enjoy the open air and listening to the birds sing as we enjoy fellowship and taking care of our bodies.  It is extremely beneficial and rewarding.

Sometimes the diet and eating habits get a little off track in the colder months.  But no worries, it’s not too late to get back on track.
