Roasted Veggie Medley:

-Onion, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, celery, carrots, green/yellow/red peppers. Slice all veggies and place in baking pan together. Mix in with a tablespoon or two of extra virgin olive oil and onion soup mix. Place in oven for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Ready as a main dish or as a side. Enjoy! (MamaJean Jeffreys)

Turkey Wing Delight:

Turkey Wings, Season-All (or Spike Seasoning), Onions or onion soup mix.
Prepare wings with all of the above ingredients in baking dish, add cup of water, cover with foil and bake on 375 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Side of brown rice or baked sweet potato! A side salad is nice also. Yummy for the tummy!!! Enjoy! (MamaJean Jeffreys)
